Seeing these Indy reviews it makes it once again so damn clear how something like TGA needs to be held at the end of December. That way you grab the whole year and nothing is left out.

I know majority here shit on The Game Awards which awards wise, I 100% agree but game trailer wise, Keighley always goes all out especially when compared to Summer Games Fest and Opening Night Live.
Iām also pretty certain that Crimson Desert will be there as well. TGA 2024 could end up being the best ever for me!! Hyped!!! 
I see the GTA fanbase hoping/expecting VI will be there, but we all know it wonāt. Rockstar doesnāt need TGA. They might show up when VI wins most anticipated game award, but thatāll be all.
It would be very funny if Naughty Dog is going back to its roots and making multiplat Crash 5
Unfortunately for me nothing to really be hyped for, as Doom and South of Midnite are known games and I donāt need to watch anything other than release trailers.
Borderlands is an IP Iām trying to get into, but keep stopping halfway through 1 and shortly after starting 2, I finished the pre sequel and havenāt started 3(actually I have the same issue with Doom, they are fun games but I lose interest pretty quickly).
Not into zombie games, no matter how much I try and have no interest in Mafia.

Iirc Uncharted 4 had artwork of something something sci-fi/space, poster on the wall or some shit and it got fans speculating it might be that.
Regardless, I think the last decade of ND has made me extremely tepid on whatever theyāre cookingā¦ if it actually releases. Releasing one game four times and another twice, while their non TLOU projects have floundered and one TGA showcase game already being cancelledā¦ I think it would be wise until people actually get to play the damn game to get excited (especially if TLOU isnāt your bag).
Before drive bys come in, I said we should be worried about Factions literally months before it was cancelled, and I was told that they never miss, have a track record, and all the other bullshit. No studio is infallable but that Factions hype train with Geoff and the media just further the sentiment that theyāre not all on the up and upā¦ especially when noone here or in the media ever got to see a single second of gameplay
