Sul will give you the teeth of urshilaku so check if you have it in your inventory.
I think you need all the items that recognize you as the Nerevarine in your inventory.

Speaking to him right now, and yeah totally forgot to speak with him. Making this the last needed item to complete the 4th and 5th prophecy.

I assume it’s mainly on the production company and Take Two just won’t see much (if anything) in terms of royalties.
Loved that game with housemates in uni - chaotic fun and so bloody frustrating at times!
Really wish Xbox did a better job of highlighting when games I’ve played (particularly when I’ve still got them installed) have DLC come out.
Lake was a game I got all achievements on and absolutely loved the chilled out gameplay and heartwarming storyline - it turns out it had DLC a while back but I’ve only just spotted it, also I struggle to see update notes to see if they’ve added an infinite deliveries mode.
I’ve got rid of Twitter as it’s a fascist hellhole but too many developers still only put news out via it - and many games are too small for gaming media to announce DLC.
It feels sometimes like Xbox doesn’t want my money - they advertise the same junk on the dashboard all the time but don’t highlight DLC to me that simple “time played” would tell them I’m likely to buy…
I’d really love just a little thing on the icon in my “installed games” list or “all games” / “Game Pass” lists that told me new add ons were available (free or paid)…

This is a cool idea, Xbox is at it’s best in terms of software (1st party and 3rd party) and game pass is getting better and better but there are quite a few things that need tweaks/improvements in the dashboard.
For starters achievements need an overhaul, I am not an achievements hunter by any means (though I do like them) but even I agree that they need to shake things up in that area to make things fun and interesting again. It would also be really helpful to be able to read patch notes, I still don’t understand how this is still not a thing…also improving the community/DVR I think is another very obvious thing to do. And don’t get me started on the localization side of things here in Europe.
Hopefully we will finally see them improve some things this fall.
