It’s one of the many backlog games for me, but I remember reading how cops in the game were very dumb and how they barely gave proper chase. I remember the many comparison videos to Rockstar too. Have all these things been fixed/improved?
Should be at the top of your backlog. It’s an amazing game that people need to stop sleeping on.
Regarding the police AI, i don’t know if they’ve changed it or not but it’s also not a GTA game.

Too many games should be at the top of my backlog, yet my dumb ass keeps buying games because they were nicely priced, lol.
Agreed that it’s not a GTA game, but it could be fun if the police really chase you more properly. But it’s more because Sam said it’s Rockstar tier now.
It’s Rockstar tier in terms of scope, polish, world building, etc. And you should really drop whatever you’re playing and play it, lol. Still the best game I’ve played this generation (even tho it’s technically a last gen game) and still one of the best looking.

I do agree with you. Couldn’t stop playing until finished when it was initially released and then once the DLC hit same exact thing. It is one of the most polished gaming experience available this gen to be honest. When they released the DLC and I jumped back in I was like, why did I even stop playing the first time, this game is so good!

I tried to go back to play the DLC but found I had forgotten how to properly play the game 
. Will probably start over with a new character. Worth it I suppose, the game varies so much based on build and I’ll get to experience it on PC this time.
It took me maybe half an hour to get back into it. I used my previous character but since they had reset all my points I went for a different build and jumped straight in the DLC.
The game is gorgeous on PC though if you play it there.

Of course it won’t reach its peak again (or maybe with official release but you never know), but it is nice to see a game in a good state.

I would have bought that day one actually. It is kind of frustrating getting tone policed by people when asking why it is we can’t get a game that is literally coming out for every other console. Always some form of "you weren’t going to buy it any way " or “why be mad about a old fighting game that hasn’t been available to buy and play legally when Resident Evil 800 and Assassin’s Creed 6000 is coming to the console!” It is what it is…

Sorry if I touched a nerve, wasnt the intent. I was too blase, but it was born out of getting tired of the Xbox is Dead / Xbox is so back hype cycle. Sucks you cant buy it, genuinely.

I don’t care about the Capcom game but I do love LEGO games so yeah, I genuinely want it on Xbox where I prefer to play games. Shocking thought for some people here and elsewhere.

It’s all good , I get sick of hearing the “xbox dead” rhetoric myself . I am genuinely excited for all the games coming down the pike. It just gets tiring that when things like this happen you have the trolls coming out of the woodwork on one side telling you “xbawks fans don’t buy games lol” and some numbskull anti gamepass narrative , and Xbox guys on the other side telling you that you shouldn’t care about these games or whatever.
