To be fair, in other pics, he really looks like a next-gen version of the original character. Lighting is so important in games that it can make anything look bad, especially remakes.
I remember when someone shows what happens if Last of Us 2 lighting was turned off. It makes a whole difference.

Iâm in the camp that is convinced streaming is the future, with dedicated hardware eventually going away, and once that hits I can see the switch hitting even harder.
Sure, people still do buy digital movies, but not nearly to the same extent as they were at the height of the DVD era. I expect gaming to follow suit. When the need for dedicated hardware is gone and people stream games to whatever device they want, I think theyâll also stop buying those games to a large extent.
And yeah, in the short term the power of CoD and including mobile games with your Game Pass sub is likely to drive the subscription market forward even more.

Itâs amusing that no one seems to care about this. When studios are being shut down itâs âhow dare theyâ and âIâll never forgive themâ (only when Xbox does it though), but when a mega-corp says theyâll acknowledge unions without being forced to and then actually does, crickets.

I appreciate efforts like this because some of us have actually observed whatâs happened in the industry over the past few years and certainly can appreciate the myriad of pro-consumer, and in some cases, pro-dev efforts theyâve made in opposition to some of the direct antithetical situations posed by othersâŚ
