True, if anyone could’ve pulled it off it would have been the original Arkham team!
I just look at something like this and think what would you actually do? He’s too OP for generic fights like bank robbers and muggers.
Instead would you just go around putting out fires and stopping falling buildings? To actually be interesting they would have to bring in multiple big villains like Zod, Doomsday and Darkseid but how would that work story wise?
There was a old 360 game which was ‘ok’ where you flew around taking out people in vehicles but most of the time the game was quite boring.

Yup. I definitely see what you mean. In Batman games dying makes sense. General everyday goons knocking Dupes out, let alone killing him would be ridiculous, lmao.
I wonder what will be next for Rocksteady now. So many years working on something that flops so hard, I cannot imagine that being a good feeling. Fuck.

Lego Horizon and it’s a co-op game that launches both PS5 and PC day one.
They’re making a Wonder Woman game, and she has the exact same issue as Superman.
I don’t see any Wonder Woman game dealing with street level crimes, if anything it will deal with an Earth level threat. Involving some mythological entity, raising hell.

I try not to keep up too much with news on games, as no matter what we’re told we can only speculate. I just hope whatever the reason is because they’re having trouble getting some mechanics to work and not something like executive wants to something extra added to the game.

No it isn’t considering Microsoft has had showcases before with 50 and 60 games. 30 is nothing n comparison. Besides, there’s going to be a few that are probably just two minute announcement trailers with a few others being updates like a release date. Plenty of time.
Right, but the common complaint you’d see afterwards were that they had to go back and check/watch again, as they were being bombarded with so many announcements, they’d completely forget certain titles were there, or you just had no clue what the game was about.
Maybe they can avoid it this time, but I’d rather each title shown gets a decent showing.

A lot of the titles shown probably won’t be mature enough for a descent showing. 3 minutes is about all you really need for games that aren’t coming out soon IMO. 2024 or early 2025 games might get more time.
The Clockwork Revolution trailer was like 2 minutes and some change and I think that was a good length. So was Fable, and while i would have liked to see more I doubt they were ready to show more.
Can’t wait to see Solas back in action.
