Yep. Thereā€™s one title that was shown a few years ago only for PC, but now PS5 too? I am hoping that one isnā€™t an exclusive though now. Weā€™ll see.

Thatā€™s a decent price. That would have been nice to use for Xbox too.

Looks very nice indeed. And combat seems to be real time. Always a plus in my book.

Agreed I think thereā€™s enough some of the corporate drones will be able to defend it, but if itā€™s accurate I expect a similar reaction to last yearā€™s show from most of their fans

I actually played it quite a lot (my brother bought it so I get it due to us sharing our home Xboxes) but he did carry me quite a bit and gave me tons of loot. Itā€™s not a bad game per se to be honest, but itā€™s a very grindy type of game. The player base has gone down quite a lot thatā€™s for sure, but I find the players that are still there are quite dedicated to be honest as everytime we partied up with randoms they were extremely hardcore!

Is it futile at this point to hope that mainline Resident Evil goes back to third person? First person horror is just not my thing.

Maybe they go both this time? They added third person for Village after launch. Ideally they do both, if that works for them.

Not at all, the entire reason they added third-person as an add-on was because of OG fans like you and I that just canā€™t get behind the massive switch to first-person. For those that like 7 and 8 in FP, all power to you but I think a lot of the atmosphere and game-flow is hampered by it. I still havenā€™t beaten either oneā€¦ and to be in the same camp as 6, in my book, isnā€™t a good thing.
