Yep and that payment Twitter now makes to popular accounts practically encourages misinformation in the hope of attracting enough attention for money.

Literally just an “Xbox / MS are doing this big crazy thing” or “Sony going multi-plat / buying EA” and enough uninformed fanboys boost it to give the account a payday.

Seems to be same crap on YouTube - influencers peddling bad faith takes to get views, although they’re probably still better than the conspiracy theory weirdos on it…

Played about 4 hours of Xdefiant. This game has potential and class systems seem alright as well.

What I felt missing is the sense of progression without battle pass. It seemed like I am working towards nothing and not even a xp bar showcasing rank/prestige.

The loading screens after a match completes are too long and shooting needs to be tuned a bit. Felt like I am missing some shots even though I am not supposed to.

For damn sure! Imagine if they were to announce today or in June that Space Marine 2 is coming to Game Pass. I’m not expecting it, but it would be a huge surprise. But if the game is good, I’ll buy it. It looks to be really good.

Sounds like it will be at Summer Fest rather than showcase. Would explain their presence at the show. Still, is there a showcase coming or wait for September? Least case scenario, third party state of play, though after what Xbox did by posting “Look at the games announced for us,” maybe they won’t do that?

I think SoP third party may happen, though I got to say, if it is, I can’t help but think the timing would be bad considering we have no road map and only thing left is a “remake” and Wolverine, which is slated for 2026. I need something now.

Yeah it’ll be hard to get player count up if it releases in with all the big games. Hopefully they give it time if it doesn’t hit big in the first 90 days

Dunno about you guys but I’m worried about motion sickness.

I’ll also be very happy if the game is successful, cos more FPS that aren’t CoD, Destiny and Apex need to be celebrated. I also have a sneaking suspicion if Halo ever ended up on PS, people would ‘discover’ the multiplayer is superlative.
