Going back to console. I think that ship has sailed. Best I think is they come up with their own subscription like EA and Ubisoft or go the acquisition route.

For sure I do think they could partner with Microsoft for a handheld or even take the risk. They seem to be in with Apple Arcade.
This is interesting that it’s that popular. Probably will bring a lot of new players.

My bad. I apologize, I do think if Sega were well versed in business they have a number of opportunities to go places. The app idea isn’t bad seeing they had Sega channel back in the day and then they could also try their hands in handhelds again. I mean if a start up like Aya Neo could do it then they should be as well. They could even partner with Microsoft for one. A Sega Game Gear X. At least they did show at the Keighley’s they were ignited.

Yeah that trailer was really impressive, I’d love to see either but lm not sure how viable it is (realistically).
Even if they were acquired I doubt they would get the resources they would need to return to what they once were.
Nah Xbox will be getting FF16. The producer pretty much was gushing over Phil, and this is his game which is why Xbox is getting FF14. FF7 is from a different guy. I would expect Yoshi-P to be at the June show case to announce FF16 for Xbox series X/S.

I’m expecting it to get at least 10m sales on PlayStation 5.
Curious to see FFXIV performance for Xbox next week. I think it will be crucial for Square to push further for other titles.
