i think the argument for that one is that it’s being made by a MS first party studio using a MS first party Rare ip so their is no confusion on what system it will be on where as for Marvel stuff it a 3rd party in collaboration with Xbox/Bethesda so there is iffy stuff on exclusive.

After today I’m 100% FF are coming to Xbox in the following months. Its a matter of when not if and I need to remind you FF 7 Rebirth has a ridiculous 3 month exclusivity period.
Glad to see Xbox folks finally enjoying a TGA without the fear of losing a lot of games there!

Well just came back from date night with the wife (first date since my surgery WOO!) and this was quite something to come back to. One thing I will say is - some of you complaining about or trying to sow discord about the state of exclusivity act like we didn’t see Phil state in federal court that there will continue to be exclusives and multiplatform projects (the latter still benefits Xbox for those challenged in financial aptitude). This idea that they’re going third party is pretty much a red flag for trolldom, but this obsession with using these amazing announcements as some sort of gotcha in your list war is equally becoming so - that goes for Xbox and Sony fanboys.

It has the Xbox logo at the beginning, was uploaded to the Xbox channel.
We can all say Xbox has not to copy Playstation to succeed and it is true, but this doesn´t mean they cant copy the small details that made them what they are today.
Development just began and you dont know if the game will make this gen? Okay, no worries. How hard is to add a freaking Xbox logo to the trailer?
If you know how the discourse can turn online and you care, you re just feeding the trolls.
If you don´t know or you dont care, you are still missing a MASSIVE opportunity to link your brand to one with great mainstream recognition.
This is not us fans wanting to sleep well knowing the game will be exclusive, this is caring for creating mindshare. Something important if you want to sell your products.

The discrediting of Kojima’s game with Xbox begins soon. A new horror game (what everyone was asking from Kojima after the failed PT) along with an acclaimed director of the genre, even if it didn’t show anything, would still have been one of the announcements of the night.
