Yes, I suspect they will continue their in house trial, lose it, but overrule the decision and find that a divestment needs to occur and rule to sue in federal court and continue dragging this out. They will continue to waste everyones time and money, particularly taxpayers. They will waive through acquisitions that should be halted because they no longer have the budget to stop them since they didnt apend appropriately.

Yeah, good chance Microsoft and Interior/Nights renegotiated the publishing right for at least that region. Donât really think that game did very well on game pass or Steam.
