Objectively US and UK regulators were in the wrong (or at least they the way they tackled it) so let the history remember 2023 as the year of how those regulators completely fumble their jobs.
I donāt think thereās anyone out there: no expert, no analyst, no economist (except those parroting the Xbox is a monopoly I guess) who thinks they didnāt act like a circus
