I mean, I’m certain the cost argument was just to calm some fans down. They could just as well have sold it physically for 60. But it is nice some pubs still sell their games forthat prict.
Microsoft is about to have a free acquisition.
Craziness…
the OpenAI power struggle continues. Sam Altman is still trying to return as OpenAI CEO, even after Microsoft announced it was hiring him. This all still depends on board members flipping
I’m guessing the board will step down and Altman will return as the CEO, they don’t really have a choice if 700+ employees are ready to leave
All this makes me really feel very safe and assured these guys can contain a dangerous AI singularity.
i dont think there will be some AI singularity anytime soon
Just want to say I appreciate you copying and pasting the text in the tweet
Love Sledgehammer. Slowly becoming the best COD studio. Halo abandoning non-disbanding lobbies was a tragedy for the social aspect.

I don’t necessarily think it matter that they jumped the order in this case. CV provides a major plot setup for RE5, but RE5 obviously hasn’t happend yet.
Speaking about RE5. I wonder if the plaga are going to play as big of a role this time around, since Wesker doesn’t receive a Plaga sample from Ada this time around This could lead to the main adversaries being T-virus zombies( like Capcom was originally planning back in the day) and/or more Orobouros critters.

What the fuck man, please Xbox…save CD and EM.
I played and completed both Judgment and Lost Judgment with English voice acting and it didn’t take away anything for me from the story and characters. I did play and complete Gaiden with Japanese voice acting because the English voice acting is later on and because YongYea doesn’t sound convincing as Kiyru whatsoever.
If I have to, I’ll listen to the Japanese voice acting but if I have the English option and it’s good, I go with that.
Yeah, Microsoft needs to go acquire Crystal and Eidos before there’s nothing left to acquire. lol
Eh, Eidos and CD are probably making Embracer money due to the contracts with Amazon and MS, and are therefore unlikely to be sold in the short term unless Embracers goes on a complete fire sale. I could see Eidos being bought since it’s not clear what they are working on (there are some credible rumours about a canceled game and Deus Ex).
Embracer is laying off people at Crystal so they can’t be getting that much money. Either way, I would think the sooner Embracer starts selling studios off, the better off they’ll be.
Oh I know, it was just the principle… besides CV is the one we’ve seen the least in terms of releases, capcom’s beloved Super Ultra shenanigans, and the complete lack of remasters/remakes.
TTCM definitely was a great addition for Game Pass. While PAYDAY 3 and Party Animals quickly disappeared from the top 50, TTCM is still #24 three months after release.

I just finished Blacksad. Cool adventure game with some Sherlock elements, but also Telltale and I guess even slightly a bit of LA Noire in there too. But it’s not with people but with animals, quite cool.
Just found out this studio made a Hitchcock game and also the recent Tin Tin. But it seems Tin Tin was not received super well, unfortunately. On the other hand, Blacksad got a 5 from Gamespot and I enjoyed it, so yeah.
bunch of clowns over there

I’ll admit, I laughed.
Yeah I can’t see how they would survive if only 50% do decide to leave especially as they’re likely to lose many key members of the team. My guess is that the board resigns and those who left return but Microsoft and Altman negotiate a deal that changes some of OpenAI’s corporate structures and enables Microsoft a seat on the board which would be a huge win.
