Paramount’s logo, but Chief’s armor is from Infinite not from the show?
Oh. I don’t have the eye or knowledge for that kind of detail, so didn’t realize that. So that’s just weird then. Maybe some collaboration between the two?
Looking at it closer, it seems to be the Chief from the show with some elements making it look more like the Infinite Chief (bulkier chestplate, bulkier shoulderpads). Sorry for the confusion. But I imagine MS and Paramount could be running it together, short term it’s Xbox that has more to gain from Halo’s brand awareness (and long term as well, it’s their IP )
They don’t sell their hardware for a loss, so unless that’s changed don’t expect them to put power as a priority
They will put in what they can that matches with a $300-400 price
Guess this is the big game releasing earlier next year CAPCOM has been talking about but is DD2 big enough to get millions of sales?
It lines up and it would sell millions so I guess it makes sense, I thought the game they were talking about was unannounced though, so I always assumed it was MH
If AC6 can exceed, so can this.
Same here, but maybe they just meant unannounced release date? Lol. Too lazy to go dig up exact quotes, and I suppose even then we’re at the mercy of a translation
Same here. I guess the dream is dead.
Did they say unannounced game?
Do we have a thread for the big Black Friday sale?
I grabbed Dirt 5 already and I’m considering picking up Midnight Suns.
Yep. That’s why it’s so odd
By then DD2 was announced.
But it has to be it, there is no way they plan to drop two huge games around the same time. Wait continues for a new MH.
Something was just lost in translation I’d say.
I’d like to give a round of applause to Capcom for almost always getting their announced games out in a reasonable time after announcing them (Pragmata notwithstanding lol)
Yep. Unfortunately!
I wonder when we can expect a brand new mainline MH game. That leaked list a few years ago did have MH on it. Many of those games have come out now too.
After taking a look at Capcom’s response again, they actually said “undisclosed” game, not “unannounced” game, so it looks like media just ran with a prettier sounding word without thinking of the implications
One thing is for sure, when they announce the next MH, you’ll be playing it soon after! Definitely not a game they’ll let go through the Pragmata cycle lol.
Hmmm, I see. But that’s still a bit strange. DD2 was well known and revealed to the public when those reports were made, right? Ah well.
MH anniversary is up next year, maybe they’ll announce it there. At least I can give up my hopes of it during TGA. It probably gets announced when we least expect it, just like with MHW in 2017.
I don’t think so, but there is a gaming deal thread if you want to discuss about it.
