Yeah, the normal consoles will be 4 years old by the time that launches. I expect better resolution and frame rates, probably new RT/resolution/frame rate combos.

Yeah that’s not great, although I’m not too surprised, PC was definitely going to be it’s main platform

A lot of the PS fans that were hyping the crap out of it were doing so because they thought it would be exclusive and because they weren’t getting Starfield, they never had any actual interest in the game

Some games are just more PC focused than console and vice versa, Diablo is bigger on PC than console and that’s a real time dungeon crawler nevermind BG3 which is a top down, turn based, crpg

I mean they showed out and bought it considering it was the 2nd most purchased game for September on the Ps store. I’m assuming most of them dropped the game.

I’m expecting the PlayStation 5 Pro to be similar to what the PlayStation 4 Pro was. Same CPU, same RAM but a better GPU (12TF) and 1TB SSD. I’m also expecting the CPU and GPU clock speeds to be fixed as opposed to variable like the current PlayStation 5 model is.

Depends how patches are counted in downloads. Are they considered in number of downloads or only full game downloads count?

It’s just something to take note of that they’re not talking about sales, so we don’t know what they’re truly counting.

It’s a shame that we’re getting even less data nowadays. I remember last year we were able to get individual sales chart for each platform.

I can understand that, it took me like 3 years of starting and stopping to play through DOS2.

I’m confused. Downloading a game from PSN can only be done if you buy the game unless it’s in PS+ which Baldur’s Gate 3 isn’t so excluding those who received a review code for the game, how would the other downloads not equal a sale?

After all, excluding the review codes, Spider Man 2 will be the most downloaded game on PSN for October and how else could you download the game without buying it?

12TF couldn’t even be called a Pro, it’d be the difference between PS5 and XSX. It’ll be closer to 20TF as the rumors/leaks suggest.

I can’t see 20TF. If it’s really maxed out like that especially across the board, that shit would be close to $1000. There’s no freaking way. I just don’t see that happening.
