Some people on twitter feel like complete fanboys about the brand Xbox and its kind of cringeworthy. It’s odd when you click on someones profile and the only thing they seem to care about is Xbox. Not gaming, not a specific game…just the brand xbox.
These people don’t even seem like they do anything in their lives aside from talk about Xbox, it’s the same with PlayStation twitter. I just don’t think the vibe is right with some of the people I’ve seen on Xbox twitter community. Apple and Playstation twitter is just as cringeworthy and I’m saying that as someone who used to have all the apple products.
People should have a bit more happening in their lives to be dedicated to eating, sleeping and thinking about Xbox. Fanboyism isn’t healthy.
Not really. If someone is passionate about something how does that effect you? Let people like things. Good for them if it brings them joy and happiness.
To have a whinge about what someone does/is passionate about and how they show it etc, now that’s obnoxious…
We’ll see what comes out of that cloud-native games initiative. We gotta see real life examples of what’s possible before we go wild with imagination. Flight Sim was a great showcase for cloud supplemented data streaming and real-time simulation, but we’re gonna need to see more how it can be implemented in interactive mechanics and social storytelling of games. Kojima might bring something big here, I feel Death Stranding already has a cloud game vision behind it but that didn’t get developed completely through.
There’s definitely accounts that take their love for something pretty seriously but my bigger problem is accounts that spend all day talking down on other brands/games to prop their favourite one up
You like something? Cool but if you’re spending all of your time talking trash about another brand instead of actually enjoying the brand you actually like, you’ve probably got a problem
I’m sure there’s xbox accounts that do this too but I see it constantly with playstation stans, they talk more about Xbox than they do PS
It’s like this for any major brand, sports team, artist or famous person, etc etc. Being a fan just isn’t enough anymore for people nowadays.
It’s odd as hell to me but the vast majority of the time it’s completely harmless. If they’re happy doing what they’re doing and aren’t harming anyone, it shouldn’t bother us at all.
Like with everything, there’s people who go to the extreme but they’re a vocal minority within these types of fandom.
I got the Forza Upgrade, if I “Travel to New Zealand” will I be able to play once it downloads? No side effects with this method? Can I “come back to the UK” Tomorrow?
There was really no need at all as it was 30fps, but now with 60 is a different thing and that should come. I hope at least they could make it FPS boost if possible otherwise just bring it to Xbox and PC.
