Not a fan of that either. But like Sparda3g says, it is what it is.
Jez has a point though, and there is a big group of gamers that feel like new COD is too much. Itās why they flock back to old school 360 BO2 and MW2 when they fixed the matchmaking servers.
In Warzone you have super powers characters now and they can fly around and shoot laser from their eyes lol. Heās right, that aināt no military shooter.

Just not a fan of it at all. Iām not necessarily drawing the line though. If I was a big CoD player it wouldnāt keep me from buying/playing it though.
Business wise Iām sure itās great, but those two have nothing to do with CoD at all. They could have added a war veteran too. I do realize that wonāt attract many. Just not a fan, is all.

The military shooter is the arena mode, and even that is arcady af, with calling down airstrikes, attack dogs, juggernaug that makes you a super strong meele killer. Heck they had Micheal Myers as a version of it in a pass CoD, so Jezās point probably over a decade late.

In all seriousness, Jez is offensively ignorant. I mean videogames are famous for stuff like this. We all entered codes to play as bill clinton in NBA Jam or in more recent games like Saints Row or Street Fighter 6 use the created character to make people like Snoop.
Maybe Jez is a copyright stickler and thinks gamers shouldnāt make Miiās of famous people, but even there heās basically wrong considering Snoopās west coast peer Ice Cube has a history with Call of Duty.
I swear, modern game influencers donāt like games, they just like giving hot takes.
