This is just my perception so very likely could be wrong, but it always seemed to me like most fighting games got way more buzz than sales. I’ve tried a couple for a little while but just can’t get into them and mostly don’t care at all any more and am pretty ambivalent any time people bring up Xbox making another exclusive KI. Honestly of any of the options I wish they’d go with an Xbox characters clone of smash bros even though I hate that game. It seems a little more kid friendly though and a way to grow awareness of their brands which is the only reason I was into that idea.
So I actually feel like getting 2 million so far across platforms is probably pretty good. Xbox might sell a few more once the new wireless fighting pad comes out.
Honestly, Street Fighter is a popular game, but it doesn’t generate the sales of a Smash Bros or Mortal Kombat. I think sales wise Street Fighter is considered a tier below those games I’ve mentioned, but viewing wise Street Fighter is on top. I think Street Fighter being one of the most technical games turns people off.
I really don’t get this? If they want to play Dark Souls just play Dark Souls. It’s the easiest of all the Fromsoft Souls games, and likely on sale right now on steam.
It’s what I think too. It’s not like SF series always sold over 5 million in a month. I think the highest is like 10 million lifetime, so 2 million for a debatably niche genre is quite good.
470 euros for a PS5 now, but I’m not doing it. I’d be crazy to spend such money when in two months I will be all over Starfield, and for a long time too.
It’s either gonna be the slim or I might even wait for a Pro.
Pretty much, I’m dreading that update because all my pins are likely to be erased and I likely won’t be able to have as many(It’s like 120 or do, so not a lot but still).
Honestly, I would just buy it since there won’t be a price drop in awhile and depending on market a price increase is more likely. I would only hold out if you want to get the slim or pro if that’s real
I’ve been waiting on a slim model or a revision of some sort since they launched the PS5. It’s just cartoonishly big and I hate the way it looks. I just want a PS5 that wasn’t designed for a Miami high rise apartment.
