Seriously, I donā€™t get why folks canā€™t use their brain. Why did that ex dev even say that? Itā€™s just so ridiculous and super easy to prove false too.

Some people get so caught up in their own bubbles that they allow their minds to grasp onto the most ridiculous ideas and it becomes reality for them. To me, finding a grand conspiracy in everything is a sign of mental illness and I hope these people find the help they most likely need.

I actually have a distant relative who was recently tweeting out that the government can control peopleā€™s minds with radio waves. He always came across as pretty normal before this.

I donā€™t think this ever worked that way for me, I got time for the conversation from gold, but it was never 1:1.

I just converted 3 years of gold to 3 years of ultimate two months ago. So Iā€™m pretty happy to have just made it in time.

I also think itā€™s about time Microsoft stops offering deals like this. Gamepass is an insane value. While of course I donā€™t fault anyone for taking advantage of a deal, like Iā€™ve done. They however donā€™t need to do it anymore.

I kind of wondered if the move to bump up the price was a precursor to them offering an annual discounted option. I could see it being worthwhile to do that because people are less likely to unsubscribe in the short term when in a longer term option.

I think that has to be the next step because you donā€™t want to have seasonal subs. I think itā€™s better to lock in subs for the whole year rather than a person that subs every now and then for a major gamepass launch. Itā€™s going to be interesting to see if they revamp pricing tiers because I feel they have to imo

They should be doing that right now. That would incentivize people to pick a year sub instead of doing 1-3 months for a game they really want to play.

Ultimate is 17$ a month. What I think they should do is increase the monthly to 20$ but have the yearly for 180$ which is 15$ a month.
