Be interesting to see if Geoff or someone else made a poll like that. I mean, these results aren’t shocking, Colt is mostly Xbox focused.

I would have loved to see a “Both, F*** Yeah!” option.

Yeah, you would need somebody more neutral to make the poll. Colt’s followers are majority xbox gamers, so there will most likely be a huge amount of bias.

DreamcastGuy did one about the show and it ended up completely opposite of his prediction.

I saw one like this that didn’t even include Starfield as an option to choose.

Wasn’t this project announced at a TGA before?

Oh no…

Microsoft Nears All-Time Closing High, $2.6 Trillion Value, Amid AI-Powered Rally

Microsoft’s early-mover advantage in AI has helped it surge past Google and possibly challenge Apple as the world’s most-valuable tech company.

Too early for me.

Mirage is going back to the roots, but will this be enough? We’ve done that stuff they showed so many times, it might not be for me, we’ll see.

The Crew Motorfest looks like a FH ripoff, will it be fun?

Avatar is a lot like FarCry. Could be good though.

SW is for me the only one I am very curious about.

That explains the huge bump. I was like “damn what’s the cause of it???”

I agree, I don’t think Ubisoft has changed its strategy. Only SW looks exciting to me. Their showcase did not at all reassure me about the future of the company.

Would paying for full game exclusivity be preferable over the horrific 2-3 day wait on seeing other platforms? No one agrees with you because it’s a ridiculous premise.

I’m sorry but these just don’t get old.

A few here and there are ok if they’re not insulting but lets not make a habit of posting things like this :valle:

And here I thought they moved on already. The last cross-generation Microsoft published game was Halo Infinite in December 2021 wasn’t it?

Not too early for me but im a Ubisoft fanboy. Hehehe.

Mirage will be great for the old school AC fans. I’m looking forward to it but I do prefer the Origins/Odyssey setup and combat more than the older games. Black Flag is still my #1 AC game but it’s also the game I started with, love Edward, the setting, the world and the naval ship combat!!

The Crew has a pretty decent sized fan base or Ubisoft wouldn’t keep the franchise alive. Forza Horizon is the standard but Motorfest looks pretty good and it’s based in Hawaii which I think is a great setting.

Avatar is definitely very similar to Far Cry but Far Cry for the most part is awesome so I don’t mind this at all. Besides, I think Far Cry is a perfect template to start Avatar with.

Star Wars Outlaws looks amazing and like Avatar, it’s from Massive who are amazing. Definitely hyped for this!!

I agree with you Jesse 100%. At this point, anyone wanting to rage here or elsewhere over a marketing deal that Microsoft is paying for and that Sega/Atlus accepted for games that didn’t mention any exclusivity of any kind sounds to me like a THEM problem. How anyone can even believe that Sega/Atlus would skip PlayStation is simply delusional at this point.

Honestly I do actually think it’s a good sign. Outlaws looks very fresh and even if it is mostly ubisoft formula I think people want a game like thst in thst galaxy.

Mirage seems to be a good mix of old style with new elements, combined with being a short experience that people have been asking for and a lower price, I think it will sell well.

The Crew is probably the low point here, but it’s kinda just doing what it has been doing and it seems like it’s popular enough somehow. I don’t care at all about Avatar but I do think it will sell well, even if it’s mostly a far cry. Those sell pretty well and this one has a popular license behind it.

So even if the stuff isn’t for you, I think the overall point is more thst they seem to have gotten a better grip on some of their problems, and it should be good for the company. There’s also Prince of Persia which looks pretty decent for what they’re doing and I think it will do ok. Sure they still seem to have some issues around skull and bones and the other prince of Persia but overall they seem to be on a better footing than a year ago.

The current talk about Starfield is exactly why I hate the general gaming community. Listening to people who have never made a game in their life pontificating about what is or is not possible on a piece of hardware for a game they haven’t even played yet is just peak cringe to me.

Instead of talking about the game itself and what it’s doing, the focus is on the framerate. I don’t think I could ever be a game developer. I would quickly lose my job for calling people imbeciles and telling them to go f*** themselves.

Imagine telling Todd Howard you know better than he does about his own game. :man_facepalming:
