You’re completely ignoring first party though, content is content. We’ve had Hi Fi Rush, Ghostwire, Age of Empires, and more coming. Nobody says Netflix has had bad content because much of the good stuff was Netflix Originals.

Guess Hi Fi Rush, High on Life, Age of Empires, Monster Hunter Rise never came, Minecraft Legends, Resident Evil, never came.
And Hi-Fi Rush is the highest rated game of the year so far. But Xbox Fans don’t care. I bet if it was a PS game they would be crying all over the internet and on this forums about how Xbox cannot make quality games and don’t give creative freedom to developers.
And Jez would be first one to attack MS, and compose minimum 10 drunk tweets before he regains some sanity.
BTW who has the biggest flops of the year Sony. Forspoken and the Last of US Pc Port

It is funny how, at the end of the day, it all comes down to games and their exclusivity.
Xbox needs a solid cadence of high quality games throughout the years. Why Sony and Nintendo droughts are often overlooked and not so commented? Leaving fanboys aside and the fact there are way more Sony and Nintendo fans, these two companies have won that “privilege” over time exactly thanks to that: many really high quality releases through their history. So, could we say that people in general is more demanding and strict with Xbox than with the others? Yes. Is it fair? No, but it is what it is… with Xbox being the “underdog”, the main competition for the market leader, the one one investing in buying publishers big time…
When are things going to start moving, at least in the console space? (the area in which most of us here mainly care I reckon) When regular Joe goes “Wow, game A looks supercool, and I can play it on Xbox but not on Playstation, and it is the same with game B and with game C, etc.” This also means marketing has to be up to it but that is a whole another discussion.
It is up to every individual decide if any given criticism is justified or not. In the case of Redfall and its 30fps, I think it completely is. I voice my concerns and complaints because I honestly want Xbox to be better, release better games and receive better games. These could be regarded as some “dark” moments for the brand, but I hope this is just the night being darkest before the dawn.
My hopes and expectations are now on June 11th. I really really want and desire a strong showing. I would go as far as saying that I need it, as well as I think the brand does.

I cant with yall lol, im all for holding Xbox accountable but this has blown up so much that the other era is on full FUD campaign against Xbox haha. See yall next week if/when the CMA approves the ABK merger, hopefully it will give glimmers of hope for some more passionate fans

Remember, if you’re trying to push a narrative, openly acknowledging things that go against said narrative is a big no no. You have to pretend those things don’t exist in order to complain about it or make outrageous claims of quality dropping. Today’s gaming (xbox) discourse in a nutshell.

I honestly don’t know how they screwed up that PC port so damn bad. One of their flagship titles too. Sony can at least blame Square for Forspoken and cry “not first party” lol. Forspoken was a weird one because from its first gameplay trailer it didn’t look good but people found ways to hype it up.

Internet is tiring since a long ass time but now the constant negativity about Xbox is just childish. I don’t even know how to say it but everyday there is something to complain about Xbox.
