Hold on, a year later? I don’t consider that a good idea at all. If anything Xbox should have a “pro” ready too when Sony launches it. If MS were to come with one a year later we’d be hearing these fanboys for a full year. I see no point in waiting.
That’s how Xbox One X was, there was a reason it was so much better than a Pro.

That depends though, 2024/25 might be the time when major titles like Everwild, Indiana Jones, Fable, and a whole plethora of unannounced stuff. Would be the best time to drop a pro xbox at the same time as the PS5 pro. Xbox has the better Hardware designers. They will win in power again.

Plus, what can we realistically expect from mid gen refresh consoles? Way more games with raytracing added? The One X from One was a huge jump, especially so when it came to resolution.
And let’s say Sony IS first with a Pro, how big/noticeable will the advantage even really be over XSX?

Is anyone having issues with xCloud?
Every game I try it says my console isn’t in a region that supports Cloud but I’m in the UK and iv been using xCloud for months
3 exceptionally well received products.
So let me get this strsught. Sonys new handheld is a remoye play only device. So i need to own a ps5. Have it turned on to be able to play ps5 games via the cloud. LMAO

What is the region on your home console right now … Make sure it correct and your ID is not logged in any other region
It’s smart of Microsoft to do wait and see on products to see if they can catch on as well as playing the third-party in these hardware. I know people would like them to create one from their own hands, but this is a safer and less time consuming route.

“PS5 games have been kept off of PSNow. I assume Returnal and other PS5 games would be download only. I think PlayStation probably planned to have a lot of things until supply issues and the pandemic messed up thier plans. The question is how will PlayStation adjust? I just don’t think Sony leadership is willing to build the PS5 cloud during the shortage. This means years without a PS5 cloud, maybe the entire generation.
On the flip side I think Xbox already has deals with TV manufactures to roll out the Xbox Gamepass smart TV app. I think Xbox had planned to roll it out earlier but the supply issues didn’t deter Xbox from cloud, just caused a delay in its roll out. Xbox made the difficult decision of diverting guaranteed console sales in order to create the cloud. Expect a Samsung x Xbox partnership soon with other smart tv manufacturers to follow later.”
