But they also have tech inside it which is not present on any headphone right now. Air pods max comes with gyro sensors to determine position of the users head.
It’s 3D tech is beyond anything but still in development. They are gearing for next era of computing with AR and VR.

Maybe I’m cheap (ok, I am!) but good night $500 for headphones is A LOT. That’s a ton of games. A Series X / PS5. Years of Game Pass. A plane ticket to most spots in Europe from where I’m at now. Months of food. Also, if I told my wife I was buying those I’d be a deadman

Why are people expecting good GwG when it is part of something MS wants to see disappear. The focus is on Game Pass. Sony is focusing more on PS Plus, thus you have better PS Plus games.

I compare it to PS Plus, because people are always talking about that when PS Plus games are announced. Again, the focus is different, MS want people to subscribe to GPU, not Gold. There was a reason they tried the price hike not so long ago. They don’t want to make Gold attractive. Gold will disappear, no need to focus on that anymore.
