No, even for Epic it is not sustainable for a long run. It is similar situation like in the past with where you needed to east costs before you turn them into a profit.

Yeah, pretty much confirms they’re using a custom engine instead of Unreal or whatever.
This is a great opportunity to join an established and highly experienced AAA team, working with a custom engine. It is the perfect first step for a career in the games industry.

Techland is a mess
I remember yesterday or on monday Xbox teased some new things in two days. I wonder if it was about Thursday or Friday. Tomorrow is SE event right?
Techland made a dev update video to say they will give an update later.

Happy that I didn’t waste my time and instead, started playing Gears Tactics. Up to ACT II. Hopefully Techland just tweets a link to a video or something and that’s it.

EDIT: Watched the video. What was even the point? From the short gameplay clips, it looks good and is still day one for me unless it’s turns out to be a disaster at launch. I don’t see it releasing in 2021 though.
It’s actually starting to turn a little, little, little bit here. The vibes are much more positive around Xbox in enthusiast places, as well as on the PC side where Game Pass and the Steam releases are creating positive waves. For the general gamer pop it’s still very much an uphill battle though, marketing really need to step up here.

I do. Buyout the leadership/management or give them roles where they’re seen but not heard. lol. Developer, artist, etc. wise, they’re too talented to let them rot away under potential bad management and leadership.

Hmm I got the new headset but I don’t like it. Reason:
I really hate the material around your ears in the future I will avoid any headset with it. Well sadly I have to send it back. Feels like pressure on my ears. 
Anything else is really great! The sound, features etc…
I stay with my stealth 600 in the meanwhile:D
