looks like a lot of the negative reviews for FH4 on Steam is coming from the game costing more in Europe compared to everywhere else (especially bad when Europe IS the primary demographic for the game), on top of people already mad that a relatively older game is still being charged full price. That again on top of cross progression not being available hence shunning a lot of veterans who’ve put down thousands of hours into the game and would have wanted to continue on Steam (cuz it’s objectively leagues ahead of MS Store). Performance issues as well like stutters and shit.
A lot of legitimate reasons why the reviews are mixed right now, so hope a lot of these issues get ironed out soon. Steam got the first Sony first party game in the form of Horizon Zero Dawn and it still got rekt in reviews for the bad performance lol, people on steam are very adamant when it comes to these things and I wouldn’t blame them.
hey guys what super hero games would you like to play? I’d love for WB to use up some other characters like wonder woman and superman. I’d want a wonder woman game set in the time of zeus and a super man game set on krypton with the ending being baby clark landing on earth.
I’d say it would depend on the character and style of game.
I’d love to take massively destructable environments and make another Hulk game. Though, with a character that powerful what would be the hook besides massive destruction when you aren’t supposed to be a “villan.”
Maybe a stealthy game (Splinter Cell or Dishonored inspiration) with lesser known characters like Psylock?
I think a game around Constantine could be interesting, too! A split reality game (Silent Hill, the Medium) fighting another supernatural invasion. Could be fun!
I’m still waiting for a GOOD Spawn game. And movie. At least the animated series was pretty good!
Roblox just went public (stock trading) and being valued at around $40B currently according to news reports. That is more valuable than all of EA for reference or (5x Zennimax). This is the same Xbox console exclusive that no one talks about. This is like the 2nd most important game in existence next to Minecraft and barely a peep about it on games forums like this one or that otherera site.
It just shows how far off perception is from reality when it comes to these things.
Did Jeff Grubb say with certainty that we’d get Starfield news at “E3”? I would love to look forward to a deep dive, but is that a realistic expectation? Just don’t want to set myself up for disappointment and I can’t really forget that gif Skullzi posted a few days ago. No idea if the dude knows anything, but still.
That gif basically made it look like a reveal/talk for the game was moved to 2022.
I’m not buying a single Microsoft published game or any game I want to play that’s day one in Game Pass (The Ascent is a good example in this regard) but yeah, I buy the games that I want to play because im not waiting. Those days are done this generation.
Microsoft isn’t advertising it, so that’s their fault. If you have some unique advantages, advertise it, show it, do something with it. It could be included in some promotional materials, but I haven’t seen it anywhere.
So for me it shows that Microsoft is out of touch not some forums or sites.
I would fucking love it too, it’s actually been suggested a lot by many people. I absolutely loved the freeflow combat in Arkham City and would love to see how that’d translate in TMNT. Suicide Squad is cool, but I see a lot more melee potential in a TMNT game.
