There is something that I will never understand is how you can say that you will never ever be able to play future installment in a series if it’s not on your platform of choice. Like, how can you reasonably say that ??
I mean, if I really want to play a game that’s on Switch or Playstation and I only have an Xbox, I would wait and buy the console cheap, probably used, play the games I wanted to play and resell it when I’m done. No big deal.
I have a used PS4 to play exclusives and I bought a Switch Lite with BOTW. I’m still a green guy at heart, but I’m not dumb enough to lock myself in that pueril mindset…

at this rate the price will continue to go down especially after delaying updates and they will probably get fined by their government if they missed the release window updates. all of this i won’t be surprised if owners bailed out from all of this and sold the studio
Our own Shpeshal_Ed said not to hold our breath for that. And he’s been on the money with a few things now. Best not to get your hopes up on this.

Sure but maybe he heard that the upgrade will be announced for ps5 and that led him to that conclusion. However I think it is odd that there was no mention of exclusivity regarding FF7 at the state of play. Just “its coming to ps5”
The exclusive period ends on April 7.

I hope he’s dead wrong on this. But if not, I’ll play it whenever I get the PS5.

Well surly most sources come from the same place and maybe it all came from the state of play announcement and it was assumed by the source itself. Who knows. I hope that’s the case and well if not

As I am limited with a budget, Game Pass with a shared account let me play more games that I normally would. It works also better for me to wait a bit until there is gonna be more exclusives at a lesser cost ( too expensive now ) on PS5. Maybe also a revision, since I don’t like the form factor and i don’t trust the hardware for now.
So FF7R is not gonna be for a long while for me.

Has anyone tried Auto HDR with Dishonored 2, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Arkham City remasters? If so and it works, how is it? Thanks.
