MS is not in the business to gift stuff away, they are a business after all. That said, I fully expect them to be prepared to answer every kind of price Sony comes up with, to get their value proposition across. In numbers, I expect them to go between 250/400 for S/X to 300/500.
Don’t know if this has been written in this forum, but in France a supermarket leaked prices for the XSX andPS5 on his page (deleted since), probably false, just placeholder and not revelant, but still interesting (market prevision) :
- Xbox Series X 399 €
- PS5 digital edition 399 €
- PS5 standard edition 499 €

That would be amazing if it turned out to be true. However with that said, I really doubt anyone knows the price yet. They really are waiting for each other to make the first move, so they have a target, but I believe it’s just not set in stone yet.
