Still haven’t gotten charged and getting nervous. I spoke to like 6 agents in two days who all said my pre order is secure and will be charged but never have been charged.
Website went from pending to pre order several times. I called my bank and they said everything is fine on my end and Microsoft has yet to attempt to take my money. Not sure what else i can do.
Meanwhile my cousin who is doing an army tour, I ordered him one from Best Buy and will be picking it up at 6:00 am on the 10th so this will be torturous.
Anyone else not charged yet?
I’ve still not been charged and like you I’ve spoken to agents who said I will be charged in next couple of days, but I got two friends who ordered from the store and they both been charge do I’m getting worried that maybe they don’t have enough stock.

Worst part is i secured my pre-order 5 minutes into it going live. I guess that makes zero difference.
It came back in stock for a few minutes and broke the page again earlier today.

I havent been but my bank declined the first attempt was told 48-72hrs they will try again this was tues which would go upto friday they said everything is fine though like youjist want the funds to go out
Mine was pending and changed yesterday to:
“Pre-ordered Estimated delivery November 10”
Nothing else change and no money charged from my credit card… hmm
Both my XSX(Amazon) and XSS(MSFT Store) have charged and shipped as of early this morning. Thank GOD! I thought I was going to be the one to get it delayed lol. LETS GO!
Mine says the same mate and nothing has been taken out spoke to someone today and they told me all orders will be dispatched on the 10th of November without fail just something we have to deal with and not get on day one could be after the 10th we get them delivered but for the price i have paid I want it on the day
Talked to a live person today, was told I could get charged as late as Sunday or so.
My order was pending and charged to my Debit Card and now today, the amount is somehow back into my account. I have triple the amount of cost. WTF? No email or anything either. I can see that im not getting my shit and already cancelled my other two pre-orders from Best Buy and Amazon. 
That’s how’s mine gone aswell mate so don’t worry I spoke to someone on the phone and they told me they hold the money in bank account to make sure that money is there and then when they release you will get charged then so sit back and relax pal

So you had a fraud check pop up, and you never had any funds leave your account, at all? Not even in the pending section, right?
Have you changed your payment method now, and had any other success?
Edit: also, how easy is the update way to pay? Does it take you to the site where you can enter a new payment method to make default?
Im in the uk bank with santander they tried to take the money tuesday and santander declined due to them thinking it could be fraudulent spoke with both santander and microsoft santander told me to get in contact with microsoft,microsoft told me they would try in 48-72hrs which would be tomo however reading into comments as such they are obviously trying to ship them out tomo i then had that email tonight luckily i have a monzo account which i gave instead microsoft then did a dummy check of 0pence then took the full money however its pending at the moment but it has come out of the account where with my santander it has never come out im just hoping everything goes through now
Edit it took me straight to change a card i had my monzo account set up but i took no chances deleted it a re done it to make sure it was all correct
Ok, I’m going to wait and see if that mail comes to me. If so, I’ll use a new card.
