I think there was interview with some guy from IO Interactive and he said that their haven’t dreamed to make an MMO or something. That’s where the rumor regarding MMO originated I think.
Their CEO said their original vision for Hitman had a MMO-lite model, and yeah we saw that they tired to do that but eventually it didn’t work for Hitman.
Project Dragon seems like their dream project. Could the two be related? Maybe. These days, MMO-lite gets slapped on many games with online connectivity, like RPG-lite gets slapped on many games that have customizable gear and upgrades.
New Jersey would be a great location for the next Fallout game.
Me thinks it will be something like Lost Ark.
I also think getting single player titles for Game Pass also works, even if they’re not exclusive. This is what we are seeing with Plague Tale: Requiem, or have seen in the past for other games

Fallout 5 somewhere in America, followed by a New Vegas like from another studio and set in a new location like China.
Or maybe Australia, we already have some scary ass creatures. Imagine what nuclear fallout would do to them.

Yep, the more I thought about it. It’s similar enough in culture to America, but different enough to satisfy. And yeah, the creatures would be outstanding.
The whole idea of Fallout is about USA no? Enclave etc.
Do we think a studio other than BGS will make the next one? Meaning both spin off or mainline.
