DLC is one of the main drivers of profitability. I don’t expect them putting DLCs in the service at all.
I just hope that doesn’t mean doing away with complete editions of games. As someone who really doesn’t play games more than once or once I beat a game I am usually done with it, complete editions are my favorite. Although I can’t remember the last Xbox game that had a complete edition. Bethesda games did I remember.
Forza Horizon 5 has a premium edition which includes access to the two DLC expansions (Hot Wheels and the second unannounced DLC). That’s the closest to a complete edition if you are looking for one.

I think the Xbox project and the Stadia project are the same thing, given the cloud link. It has to be Overdose.
I really really doubt Kojima’s Xbox game is in a state beyond early early stages.

The deal (when it was leaked) between MS and Kojipro was in the early stages, remember the game itself was in development under Stadia before that.
Maybe ideas of it, there probably wasn’t actually progress of development into it. I mean this is Phil himself and the cloud gaming team saying, they are in early stages, it’s virtually a new paradigm of game design that they are trying to figure out. But with Kojima we could see teases and ambiguous trailers early on.
One sites speculates that it could be a DS spin off. So that would mean DS and a spin off? Doubt that.

A TGA announcement would be nice, just so we know if Overdose is DS related or it’s Xbox actually. I go with DS. And in that case meh.

Frankly, fortunately, it’s better now. It used to be hell on here whenever Sony announced something for themselves or got a big game out.

Well, with ABK deal and CMA, Sony has revealed its weak and pathetic nature so I personally don’t care much anymore regarding whatever Sony is releasing

Yep! I do believe ABK gave Xbox fans a lot of reassurance beyond doubt that Xbox is here to stay and stay strong. Even after Bethesda, there might’ve been some people with doubts of anything big Sony does “killing” Xbox lol

Regardless though, it seems to be a good while away, iirc Kojima said it was only in the early stages so whatever these images are aren’t even close to being ready
I think Overdose is what was pitched to Stadia and it likely ultimately died there. It supposedly had ties to Death Stranding which is owned by Sony after all, and that was cited as one of the reasons it wasn’t going to happen (along with being SP).
Is there anything to suggest that this game is in active development?
