2023 Xbox first party looking so good, 2 AOE games, Redfall, Forza Motorsport and Starfield, if all of those come out before September that would be great, now I just need Hellblade 2 to be confirmed for next year and maybe one more like Contraband and it will be Xbox’s best year in a long time.

Yes, Gamepass has been seriously amazing this month, so many games it’s ridiculous, and I didn’t even mention the 3rd party exclusives like Stalker 2 that they will have, next year will be what many of us thought 2022 was going to be and the start of a special generation for Xbox.

Starfield alone guarantees the year is one of the best imo. I don’t think they’ve had a first party game of that calibre ever.

Game Pass PC growing +159% YoY and the deal with Riot Games has not even entered into effect (was announced for this winter). That’s really positive.

I don’t play Riot games and have no interest in them whatsoever but that deal seems pretty insane

Admittedly I am only skim reading the results, but it seems like these results are further proof why Microsoft is all in on Game Pass because that recurring revenue can allow you to ride out lean spells of content.

I know. Its hilarious. It has been like that for a while though and it is because Azure has been the engine for growth for some time now, so if it does well, Microsoft does well.
