I’m sorry to disappoint but I am not enjoying Ghostwire Tokyo so far. started it at midnight EST, playing it on my PC via steam. The gameplay is extremely boring, the sound design is all over the place, both the english and japanese VA isn’t very good. Weird performance issues + no FOV slider doesn’t help either.

This game isn’t very good, it feels like an unfinished mess on PC. This game needed some more time in the oven, heck its gameplay doesn’t even feel good. They should’ve went back to the drawing board on this one. Feeling pretty let down with this one folks.

I’m hoping the game has a Definitive Edition by the time it comes to Gamepass with improvements on the game

I dunno, the game can reach 4k60 on SX with high quality assets, great image quality and a steady performance even on large scale battles. Heck, they even managed to reach 120fps in the campaign and still keep a decent IQ.

I do think they failed on the promise of the engine allowing a faster cadence of content, but optimization wise it’s pretty incredible

I was on the Dutch Tweakers forum and someone mentioned a rumor about a delay for the game and he posted that tweet. I don’t follow Serrano.

I don’t follow a lot of gaming things on Twitter and I was wondering if this guy ever got anything right.

I’m hoping the game gets properly optimized for Series X/S, gets released in early April 2023 and is never seen or heard from again. In other words, I just want them to port it over and move on. This applies to Deathloop as well. No post launch DLC, no expansions, etc. A nice one and done with both Tango and Arkane moving on to other IP’s or new IP’s.
