i was thinking the same. they have so many employees and the games they make take forever. These arn’t the most graphically intense games either. Im not a developer but that just seems odd. I feel the same about rare

A large chunk of that is probably support staff for WoW.
They’ll cover for a lack of 1st party by having big games in Game Pass whenever possible, I have no doubt of this. It’s the 28th of January and we just had an incredible month of Game Pass titles without any 1st party when no one thought we would. Not worth worrying about imo.

COVID has been playing a big role, for all studios, but I’m hoping now that it seems to be slowing down kinda…well who the fuck knows with all these variants, sigh, that next year or yeez, 2024 at the latest we’re really going to see some nice results.
Didn’t they speak of wanting to release a XGS game every month or so with at least three AAA in a year? It was something along those lines. They got a crazy amount of studios now, incredible compared with how it used to be…so at some point we should see XGS as a whole firing on all cillinders and see them multiple exclusives throughout the year and certainly not only at the end of the year.
This wouldn’t be a bad idea. I just hope they resurrect it because I watched that leak video a few days ago from a year or so ago and I can easily envision it today with current generation visuals.

Someone on RDX this week mentioned that Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4 were delayed indefinitely around October last year. Based on some reports, we also know that was when MS and Activision started having serious talks as well. I wonder if the two above are going to be Xbox/PC exclusive once the acquisition is finalized?
OW2 is gonna be an update to the existing game I dont think that one being exclusive will change anything. But anything else in the OW canon should be Xbox/PC only.

Blackbird was one of those names that was thrown around alot when we thought Coalition was making something new.
There’s something going on there just because:
A. We thought Blackbird was making PD.
B. We thought Blackbird was co-developing new Coalition IP.
Now Blackbird is doing something Minecraft releated.
I think that they cancel Overwatch 2 and instead, just completely update the original game. Diablo IV was delayed to 2023 so im not expecting it anytime soon. I just hope they don’t fuck it up. Already have my class decided - Rogue!! lol 
Could be exclusive. Was announced for PlayStation so it depends on if they want to cancel those versions.
I would not be shocked if OW2 went completely back to the drawing board at least in terms of multiplayer integration.
At least to fix the “OW 1.5” meme that spread around OW2 reveal.
The literal template for Blizzard should be copy what Riot is doing.
Also bring back Heroes of the Storm.
