It seems like they’re mostly technical issues like it won’t launch, oh and people complaining that it costs too much, which I kinda find a bit stupid to give a neg review of the game because it’s too pricy.

Yeah, I’m not thirsting for things to play even now. Not going to get worse
Regarding that horizon review why would even buy something for 150 quid if its a 3 year old game if that was reason enough to refund? Neither the price nor age was a secret?
Right… it’s like they bought the game to just post the review then refunded. Saw another one saying The Crew 2 was a better game which gave me a little chuckle.
People are complaining about the price, even though it’s the same price on Xbox/Microsoft Store.
I always find funny the notion that Xbox games are not desirable because they are not doing that great on physical retail, but they are constantly at the top sellers on steam
Saw many complaints about no cross progress too
Have Xbox done that for any of the titles released on Steam?
doesn’t that show the benefits of gaming on windows store if your progress carries over from multiple devices?
Perhaps unintendedly. I think it’s on Ms best interest that those features are seamless to be implemented, even for 3rd parties and games outside of gamepass.
Gears 5 perhaps?
But since FH4 is an older title could be trickier to support
not really, as other xbox games on steam have cross-progression
So true. What a difference with the Xbox One gen
You wanna know the scary thing? We only saw these efforts starting just 2 years ago, imagine what the next 10 are going to be like.

Small hint: inXile has best producers team in the RPG industry.
DA : I would be phenomenal game if producers deleted 20h. Remember that inXile’s project will do something new. Tight 20-25 h high quality RPG fantasy.
Now imagine the capacity of the double sized inXile doing that thing with great combat, animation and insane and proven narrative team.
And they will cut the main game in very tight package for open world game. Completely different approach than all current RPG open world projects.
20-25h RPG sounds interesting. Must be focused purely on story and no filler. Sounds weird based on what we’ve heard of their budget though.
I just hope the world will allow to live there. And moddability.
What if they are working on an ‘episodic’ RPG? Brian Fargo said in a noclip podcast recently that Game Pass is going to offer new ways for games to be played and designed. Maybe they create one big open world, and over the course of a few years add different stories within it?
Nothing personal, I just hope it’s far away from that. I find episodic way to be suitable only for telltale like games.
Bethesda’s games are always made on PC and then get ported to consoles, you are assuming there even are PS5 versions of anything when there probably aren’t yet. Not to mention they didn’t have a problem cancelling the PS4 version of Bleeding Edge, which surely was in the works.
And I don’t even understand this line of thought? If there is a PS5 version of a game why would Microsoft not cancel it if they want? It wasn’t their money that went to pay the development of that version, I don’t get it. Makes no sense.
One thing I’m excited about is that surely Bethesda, had they remained independent, would still have had some NEW stuff to show at either the cancelled E3 2020 or 2021. There’s no way that we know everything that Bethesda is working on. Surely. So Bethesda’s e3 2021 (or equivalent) will have some nice surprises in.
