He could have told that story 1000 times and would still reek of BS.

Specially in light of the Avengers situation where the developers flat out said that given the movie rights the only choice they had was to make Spiderman exclusive to Playstation or don’t have him at all.

I mean, Sony didn’t acknowledged there was a deal for the films in the first place, we only knew about it because of the hacks, and it’s also the same company that always put their public image first (like the we have the only true next gen games situation and they are totally impossible to run on ps4)

The deal for Spider-Man game appearances is down to Marvel, not Sony Pictures, so they probably dictated that for The Avengers game. Anyway, I had it the wrong way round and Marvel approached Insomniac.

This is the Endgame. Xbox was clever this time. Now all those companies will go up VERY high in prices… Private gaming companies are going to be valued like giants.

Yeah, they beat many to the punch. The worked in the shadows getting smaller but still incredibly notable devs and then got Bethesda after establishing trust and growth. It was brilliant.
