Please fix Overwatch and Diablo 4 first or all, and Blizzard overall. I say fix but I mean let them actually manage their games how the fans would appreciate them, Blizzard has no problem with delivering great games, they are still able to do that, but the management post-launch and inability to satisfy the playerbase long-term is obvious, that needs to be addressed. It’s probably an outcome of the Kotick running of business, I hope it can be addressed.
Making Blizzard great again will be a huge PR win for MS and this merger.

You are totally right, but Phil speeches are ammunitions against their communications. I like his honesty but the world is not fair.
In the same time, at Sony when something goes wrong, the management says “nothing to report” and people move. Sony is so much used to bullshit and wait for better days than Microsoft. Nintendo is even worse (just look on how nobody reacted to the reports of harassements in NOA).

Definitely some Halo and Gears coming to COD in the future!
Imagine a Gears Warzone event with Brumaks roaming around and the game turning into a 3rd person mode, Halo event with scarabs.

Microsoft has 3 of the biggest IPs in the entertainment industry with Minecraft, COD and Candy crush. Really insane to think about.

That shows the relevance of making Making Minecraft spinoffs. Even if they reach 10% of the userbase, it is 25M like minecraft dungeons, which beat 99% of the games coming out this year.

Pretty sure ABK has been hiring quite a bit of staff since the deal was first announced. iirc in January 2021 the head count was around 10k and that Bobby interview on the weekend said close to 14k

Games take so long nowadays that unless it’s a much smaller project that’s probably close to how long it will take
Even smaller games these days will take 3-4 years minimum
