2020 Event is either the Zenimax acquisition or the pandemic lol. I don’t think anyone is itching to make a pandemic game.

If it’s Shadowrun, please don’t be turn based. Want an isometric shooter similar to the SNES cult classic.
I wouldnt mind them taking Shadowrun AAA with an Action RPG of some sort. I’m probably more interested in the world of Shadowrun than the types of games it typically gets.
I wouldn’t mind it being either what I said or a first/third person Deus Ex type game but with you actually recruiting team mates like Orcs, Mages, etc. That would be awesome. Basically, anything but turn based or real time strategy would be good with me. Yes, even first person.

I just realized that it’s less than two months to go for the Xbox and Starfield shows. And from there less than three months until we finally play Starfield!
Assuming september really is a lock, which I’m definitely going with.

Am I the only one who remembers we were promised a next-gen patch for Fallout 4? I mean come on Bethesda, with Starfield landing in September, something like June or July would be a good time to drop the Fallout 4 update.
First I was waiting until I got a next-gen console to finish Fallout 4, then I started waiting for the next-gen patch. I feel if the update doesn’t arrive before Starfield, most people will be too busy playing Starfield to revisit Fallout again.

I don’t recall them promising that, but even if they did, I think it’s hardly a priority for BGS right now. They need all hands on deck for Starfield and I doubt they will get around to ancillary projects like that until it’s out.

Gears of War really is a special game and I’m glad that we might be getting a remaster of all three games on Unreal Engine 5. I think if they do a really solid job on the OG trilogy remaster we could see some renewed interest in the IP, let it launch next to the Netflix film and we might have a solid thing going.
I feel like a marcus fenix collection would be a solid choice because the original 3 games don’t really wow in their graphics department anymore. They look good but playing through Gears via backwards compatibility doesn’t exactly call for excitement from anyone who’s never played them before. They look quite dated these days, impressive for their time sure, and with a higher resolution they look quite clean. but I think it would be better if we got an unreal engine 5 remake of all three games, and yes that also includes gears 1 which had a remake.
Xbox needs to bring some renewed interest in the narrative for Gears of War, and I think its about time that people who’ve never played Gears to see what’s so special about it. I think that it could help with console sales too, people know Gears but a low of new audiences have never played the games before. Kind of a shame that Gears of War 4 is a big of a slog at the beginning to get through.
I’d love to see renewed excitement over this series, I hope the rumors are true.

They did say that yeah, they didn’t give a release window though. Definitely thought back then it would have been released by now. Maybe a June thing? But if not, ah well. I rather have all of BGS be hands on deck for Starfield first.

Had a bit of a thought regarding recent ABK stuff with regards to the games coming to Gamepass this year.
I know it was a few years ago at this point but aren’t we supposed to be getting the OW2 single player campaign as it was delayed to ensure the MP released last year (from last time I checked).
Unless it’s been cancelled or delayed again and I’ve missed it that’s another “game” that can be added to the Gamepass / 1st party suite for this year right?
Hopefully it is Shadowrun… That world deserves some love.
