Xbox Game Studios |OT10| Here are the games

All former athletes/ wrestlers lol

Those are quite good looking

So do we know when Turn10 is gonna give the next big update on FM8?

I mean if it’s gonna be getting towards the final stages now right? Feels like they’d start to show more sooner rather than later?

We don’t know anything about Microsoft’s plans for showing more on their H1 2023 games. They will all need to give updates and release date announcements but who knows when that will happen.

Probably not The Game Awards, one would assume. Maybe it will have its own event, or they will announce it on a random Tuesday coupled with media previews etc.

The other day I was talking to the Starfield Countdown twitter account, that’s a normal account. We talked about TGA coming up and he said he fully expects a release date for Starfield there, if not TGA then later in December because if they don’t announce a new date this year it’s not coming in the first half of next year, is what he argued.

But I don’t get that logic at all. I would imagine BGS/Howard has learned from announcing a date too early, so next time they do it they want to be 100% sure. A month, maybe two months in advance makes more sense to me.

They have to announce a date before the end of June to qualify it for ‘next 12 months’

I am going with the last day release

I’m not expecting Starfield at The Game Awards and im not expecting a release date unless they know for sure that they will hit it. Minimum would be three months in my opinion. So if it’s June, I can see March seeing the release date announcement.

If it’s November, then I wouldn’t expect to see anything until June which if March/April rolls around and there’s still no release date, then I would say November is a good bet.

June 30th for sure, yeah.

I know everyone in Xbox era is pretty much on the Fallout 3 or New Vegas is the best/my favorite. But I definitely love Fallout 4 more, as I didn’t play either 3(need to do dlc) or NV(still need to finish this) until recently.

I’ve been watching WolfheartFPS play New Vegas on stream, I always remember intellectually why I love a particular game but watching him makes me remember emotionally why it’s a Top 10 game for me all time. I get it if someone prefers, FO 3, or 4, but I don’t get the people who say that NV is a bad game.

Even if it is ends up being “only” about 50 or 60 hours long, Avowed is going to be something else.

We would have been playing now, creating our characters, exploring space.

But our day will come

I think the plan now is, nextGen FallOut 4 at the beginning of the year (reason for release Starfield in the last quarter of 23) and Starfield at the end of the year :smiling_face_with_tear: :smiling_face_with_tear:

That was one of the first comments I saw when the next gen patch was announced, but I don’t want to even start believing that. Its cool that they are enhancing it, but with a mod we already can anyway. And looking at Skyrim LE I doubt it’s gonna be much more than that.

If they delay it further it’s just because it needs to be. I just hope that if it’s in the state of F4 sometime first half next year that they’ll just release it. There will always, always be bugs.

Even if they were to delay it there’s still tons of games to play like Redfall, and I’m sure it will be a good game but I’m nowhere near as excited for that as for Starfield, not even close. Fact is, neither game has received a new release date, but of the two Redfall obviously will drop first.

I’d rather play a polished version in a year from now than a buggy, worse version of the game now but that’s just me. Actually I really like the new Xbox where they don’t rush things and besides quality polish seems to also be a big focus for the 1st party releases, I don’t want another ReCore situation when a very good game got trashed at launch by reviewers and the fanbase for the lack of polish (and I’d say rightfully so even if I love this game), seeing games like Starfield having rocky launches and expected to be fixed later is the last thing that Xbox needs right now.

MS should strive for polish so the haters won’t have the “game is on game pass so don’t expect a Premium experience lol” BS excuse because we all know that a lot of people in the industry are “concerned” about Game Pass affecting quality and polish and questioning if Bethesda will deliver now that it’s under MS. Starfield is a very important title for a lot of reasons and MS and Bethesda should do everything they can so the game delivers big time.

Besides there are a lot of cool looking games coming out in the next 6-8 months (Game Pass or not) plus we all have a backlog so it should be pretty easy to play some awesome games while we wait for Starfield.
