What’s with benedict fox? Was looking forward to playing it this week.
Played it with a guide for the sweet achievement. It’s not that bad and you have plenty of time before you reach the 10min mark for the completion. And I absolutely agree on the soundtrack.

Yup, that’s why I mentioned the small sample size. Early reviews can set a trend but if there aren’t too many total then they can really skew a score. Doesn’t matter to me either way, it’s free* so I’ll make up my own mind

Played for 2 hours. Gameplay did nothing for me. One of the weaker metroidvanias ive played and i didnt care for the art style characters or story.

Best drop in a while for me! Nothing I care about is leaving, a game I’ve been waiting on for a while, and a surprise port of a highly-rated indie!
Edit: I forgot about Cassette Beasts hitting console, too. It sounded really cool on a podcast so I’m excited to try it!

Eastern Exorcist kinda reminds me of a Vanillaware game. It’s like a darker Muramasa.
Looking forward to trying out most of the new additions, especially Chicory and Casette Beasts.

I think they’re focusing on day one games and ports of older games that have never made it to Xbox before. I understand day one games attract a lot more players, but it would be nice if older bigger games start coming to Game Pass again.
