Well its also just assumptions that they wont be showing a bunch of stuff that comes out in the next 12 months.
Even with the delay those games are still coming out soon.
I had my hopes and expectations low re Fable but if what Gaz said during Coltās pod is true then 0 chances weāll see it this year or next.

That theyāre downscalling it bc theyāre having problems with the engine and implementing some gameplay stuff(im paraphrasing). And that it will take longer than expected. So if everyone expected it in 2024 or so idk what longer means at this point. 2026?
But not sure how true this is or if heās trustworthy. I know Colt isnāt.

I think the main problem is that Microsoft shows games too far in advance. I think just twiter or blogpost announcement would be better than showcase announcement for something that it is too far away.

I could see Hellblade 2 being 2022 if we are talking Hellblade 1 in terms of game length, but if NT is aiming for a super long game/more open world, even though I hope it comes out this year, I do have my doubts they can make it on such short notice.
I do have a feeling we will get 1 surprise that is coming out this year from Xbox Games Publishing. I mean, there has to be something to make up for the whole that Bethesda left for end of year.

Looking at how nuts Ninja Theory is going (hand building wardrobe, recently back in iceland for more scans/ref material) I cant see it 2022.
I do think the suprise would be from xgs as you said, otherwise it will be a super quiet year in the shadow of ABK deal.
