I know its AA game but Greedfall just felt a bit Janky all over. Even with 60fps it felt a bit janky and the combat felt soo slow even though its not meant to be.
Started it randomly, played and I was a hoping for a big surprise like Vampyr but it wasnt.
How many hours did you put into the game? It’s an action RPG and like a 50 hour game. The combat is clunky but everything else is so damn good and once you start using magic, combat does get better because you can play it as a shooter, so to speak.
Oh, okay. When you feel better, try giving it another chance. If you get a headache again while playing it, obviously something in the game is bothering you.
I’m jumping back in this soon. I played it on PC mid year and burned out on the side missions. From what I’ve heard, the additions really improve the gameplay depth a lot…and I thought the core game played well previously.
Almost done with Gears Tactics which is a fanatic game. Love ganes like this but sometimes the random percentages hurt even though I understand percentages lol. 87% to hit let me miss twice but seriously it has been a blast guessing I might have a few side missions before the final boss and it will be a wrap. Story had been pretty good also.
Next I will final dig into gears 5 as I’ve held off long enough and try to knock it out by the time Christmas rolls around when I can dig into cyberpunk.
Yea. Already done with Gears Tactics. Fantastic game. Also finished Gears 5 long time back. Now thinking about downloading the Hivebusters DLC after I finish Halo3:ODST.
This is an awesome selection of games! also welcome!
Back on topic I am still playing Control and Gears Tactics.
Control is a much better game than what I was expecting actually! It has awesome shooting mechanics, really cool superpowers, amazing graphics/art direction, level design is very good and the story/lore are really interesting. Really great game overall so far.
I am also on Act 3 of Gears Tactics, the gameplay and skills are so addicting but the repetitive side missions really hurt the game’s pacing…too bad that they didn’t cut some of the fat on the console/updated version because the new additions like Jack and the new enemies are pretty cool. I am still enjoying the game due to the stellar gameplay but Tactics is an example of a game with overbloated content for no reason. Still a fun game for everyone who likes the genre and definitely a very good foundation for a future sequel.
Also getting ready revving up my Lancers and reloading my Gnashers for the Hivebusters expansion today! can’t wait to play more Gears!
I saw that I had 25 hours into Bloodstained so I decided to not 100% it, so I beat it and moved onto Jedi Fallen Order but after the 1st level I gotta say I’m not into the combat. Like DOOM Eternal, I figure I’m just not in the mood for it at present, so I’ll put it on the back burner.
I am playing through Tell Me Why on xCloud via touch controls only. It suits the game well and I plan to play through it albeit at a pace of an hour or two a week.
During my COVID-19 quarantine I blasted through Valhalla. Brilliant game. A couple days before it ended, I also started Cyberpunk 2077. My playthrough obviously slowed down now that I’m back to regular life, even more so with the Christmas preparations, but it’s where my time goes right now mainly. Oh, and Rocket League, as ever.
Just finished tactics last night final boss took awhile but got it knocked out. Really fun game and enjoyed the story side quest at times seemed to bloat the game and kill the pacing. And some of the modifiers were just annoying but could usually just skip those side quest. Overall a fun game debating if I go through it again on jacked version at a later time.
Next on deck is most likely going to be gears 5 and than the DLC. Figure i should get a pretty good jump on it by Christmas break where I hopefully can finish and roll into cyberpunk. And at some point control is floating around in there.
Gamepass is making it where I just need to stop buying games. I can’t get through a decent backlog at the point. Bought assassins creed Valhalla which I bounce to every once and a while and planet coaster is still there. So many games and not enough time lol
Playing AC Valhalla, enjoying it a lot, favorite AC so far
Trying to decide on a few games to alternate while playing it, d/l banner saga trilogy, prey & metro exodus on sale, dabbled a little in banner saga today, interesting, taking a little time to get all the mechanics down.
