My friend, you’ve found another Tyner stan. He’s one of my favorite Jazz musicians. I got made fun of a lot at Apple for listening to him, Chet Baker, Miles, and some of the other classics at my desk all the time lol (apparently it made me seem like a grandpa), but my wife dug my music tastes so it’s all good 
Oh I definitely know what you mean. I had one guy say that the music reminds him of a bunch of guys walking around in suits lol.
A few years ago I started getting into jazz not fully realizing it’s something im into. Something I really like about this thread along with posting music and bands that aren’t well known is that it might help someone find new music they didn’t realize existed. That or they might discover a new genre they’re into, much like the guy I was talking about who now listens to a bit of jazz himself
I like finding good music but I like sharing it with other people just as much!
Kinda strange that Apple of all is this uncultured lol cuz they usually have very good music in their marketing and promos. Guess that front doesn’t percolate enough to the rest of the company

I’m a big fan of Retrowave and I personally think Sunglasses Kid is an incredible artist.
