Madden 22 is incoming to Gamepass soon. That’s an end of season addition but definitely exciting too.

Held back on my purchase cause its probably hitting the EA Vault in March lmao

NEW games that Game Pass should target IMO:

1. Crossfire X
2. The King of Fighters XV
3. Warhammer 3 - Already covered on PC so good
4. Evil Dead: The game - Stinks of GP addition that month because its just that
5. Spellforce 3 (?)
6. Strangers of Paradise
7. Tiny Tina - GP “Template” game and Id go all out for it with the Stalker delay. Borderlands is a big IP.
8. Vampire: The Masquerade
9. Steelrising (?)
10. Saints Row

90% of that list is incredibly meh… lol.

unironically yes. The meme potential alone will skyrocket the game on Xbox and Gamepass severely, and if it indeed turns out to be good, then even better.

1. Gamepass needs BIG games every month when applicable, at least one (DL2 for example).

2. No, it doesn’t need to be exclusive or timed exclusive.

3. Yes, MS has the money for it, lacks in negotiation and pursuit.

That’s all.

They have pursued a LOT, trust me. The issue is other publishers being unsure of what Game Pass might do to their overall return on investment. Only time and more big success stories will turn the tide on that.

dont really think Gearbox is the issue here, it’ll be 2K’s lack of any confidence or affinity to a service like Gamepass. I remember reading they were apparently pretty mad about TOW launching day 1 on it. Xbox don’t even own Gearbox in this case.

I’ve said it before, they should add some good recent AAA games, some AC games, Far Cry 5, Tony Hawk, Hitman 3, Sekiro, there are a lot of important and popular games that were released in the last few years that would be good games to Game Pass.

By the way, I still think that more studio acquisitions are necessary to stop depending on third parties for games day one.

We’ve had a few big ones like last year with Avengers and last week with Mass Effect LE but there are so many more that haven’t been added to Game Pass before. If the new ones are not gonna happen, and let’s face it, they weren’t able to get Scarlet Nexus day one, Elden Ring in that case is just mission impossible. But those that you mentioned and many more!

If they had a big one(old or new) every month alongside the smaller indie games that would be fantastic. As great as Game Pass is, there’s always room for improvement, quite much so.
