Wasteland 2 on PC is sitting on 87, 77/X1 and 80/PS4. If this game dropped the jankyness and is more approachable for newcomer I would guess:
PC/90 and console/88

So far so good! Seems like a HUGE step forward from 2, which was fun but also revealing its humble origins surely.
