It’s a beast! of course it deserves all this success and even more, game is amazing.
Also maybe it sounds crazy but the Horizon games are like anxiousness killers for me, so chill and relaxing. I love this series so much.

The amount of times I’ve been in a party with a friend who is playing another game and we’re just chatting about things while I aimlessly drive around doing absolutely nothing but driving is very high, the game is so chill to just drive around in.

Same here! I boot the game almost daily to play some races or just drive around in the open world just for this chill feeling.

precisely this. I think so many saying “Horizon is just a racing game” are vastly underselling the experience of actually playing Horizon. But still, the franchise has always been known to be that fluid and chill but almost aimless experience (at least for me), but the 5th entry brought in some structure and direction that I very much liked and would only want PG to build on that front as we go.

I am pretty sure that the actual numbers are comfortably beyond 16 million because the leaderboard only shows those who have gotten into the Hall of Fame.

Yeah, I don’t know why this doesn’t get pointed out. I didn’t get into Hall of Fame untill like 4 weeks after launch because I played on my own pace

Yup I’d say 18 to 19 million, PG probably would of communicated had it got 20 million.

I’m pretty sure everyone who reaches the Horizon Festival after the tutorial counts in the leaderboard with their accolades.

"To get a Hall of Fame Invitation, players need to accomplish two things: Unlock every single point in all of the festivals, and accumulate 200,000 Accolade Points. "
I play FH5 more then an avg player would and got there in about a week or so.
The actual numbers are definitely more then what’s shown in the leaderboard… But there is no definitive factor.

Nah what you’re saying is right, I just don’t think you need to be invited in the hall of fame to appear on the list, no big deal the game has done gang busters, amazing how it’s almost 16M already…
Already at 18m…again as I mentioned before, at least 10% lag between the leaderboards and the actual
