Watch Dogs: Legion preload is up! 35.44 GB on the Xbox One X.
Avengers next gen port has been delayed to 2021, god damn it was going to play that alongside ACV next month.
Honestly, youâre not missing much. I dropped the game on PS4 Pro after completing the 9th story mission. The first several missions are great but once the game opens up and all this loot based bullshit comes into play, oh man, it goes in the other direction real fast. Would have preferred Square Enix to just give me a 12 hour action packed linear story and just charge for each character storyline expansion which I would have been fine with because if they were the same format, totally worth it. As it is now, not so much if at all.
Yeah, I thought it was an odd omission from the Xbox blog post yesterday. I think I might as well remove Haven, RPG Time and Samurai Shodown from the launch line-up aswell.
Update | October 16, 2020
The following game had its release date changed:
- Marvelâs Avengers (Crystal Dynamics / Square Enix)
Previously slated to be released on launch day, the Series X|S version of Marvelâs Avengers was delayed to 2021. The optimized version will support Smart Delivery and Ray Tracing, and will run in a 4K resolution at 60 frames per second.
Looks like Watch Dogs Legion gonna be 4k/30fps with RT on Series X. No info about any additional modes
Not surprised. Really hoping developers start giving a 1080P/60FPS with Ray Tracing option. I would easily take lower resolution in exchange for double the frame rate.
Especially if ML upscale has results anything like DLSS 2.0.
Yeah, thatâs what im hoping developers choose to do.
Enlisted will be available on 10th of November as well. No mention of any other platform, other than Series S and X. So I think should fit on the list as well?
" Enlisted will be part of Xbox Series X|S launch line-up as a Game Preview title and a timed console exclusive. A âFounderâs packâ purchase will be required to get access to the game."
Has there been any news on the outer worlds next gen patch?
Yeah, it is. I donât remember other Ubisoft titles offering additional graphic modes, but we can hope!
Iâm actually quite sad that Iâm starting the game on the Xbox One and not on the Series X. But there is so much I want to get on November 10 that I canât have the luxury of leaving it all to that date.
The November 10 release date is actually for the Game Preview version of Enlisted â the same for Grounded. Since it is not the full game (it doesnât even have achievements on this version!), I decided not to include it on the calendar. It will be included when the full release release date is announced.
We just know that it is coming next year. Until then, the backwards compatible version already runs with a much lower loading time in 4K resolution.
If I had to guess, I think the next-gen version might release when the second DLC launches â or maybe a bit later in a single complete package.
So it is actually coming? Thatâs amazing, and thatâs one more game I wonât play till the series x patch
yeah, I also think itâs going to come with that second dlc. I wish Microsoft would give us dlcs for tow on gamepass

Hereâs a question I still have after reading a bit about backwards compatible games with X|S enhancements: will the Xbox OS prompt us to move games from a storage device if we have our current game on an external drive?
If I play a âplainâ BC game at launch that eventually gets a X|S enhancement I donât catch the announcement on nor really pay attention to the tiles as Iâm loading it up, will Xbox prompt me to move that game to the internal storage or OEM expansion SSD? Or maybe just a âwhoopsâ message, kick me to the dashboard and I have to manually move the game over?
This is a great question. My guess is it would probably throw up a message saying âHey we made this game even better for you for free! Weâll move it for you so you can have the best experienceâ and itâll auto-move unless your internal is full. I would prefer the option to download the âbetterâ experience so I can pick the version I wanna play.
I just watched this video posted in the OT by @Khalid117x: Xbox Game Studios |OT2| It's pronounced "Krayg" not "Kreg" - #2655 by Khalid117x
In the âMy Games & Appsâ dash, I noticed badges on the EA Play and Gamepass games, but I didnât see the X|S enhancement badges like Iâve seen on the Xbox store.
Iâm still curious how X|S enhancements will work if I have the game stored on my external SSD; will we be prompted to move the file, will it just play but without utilizing any X|S enhancements (a pure BC mode), or just get a âwhoopsâ message like I said that we would have to read then manually move the files.
Itâs not a huge issue, but having all the X|S games managed fluidly to always get moved to the internal or expansion SSDs would be nice as part of the auto update feature. If a game gets an auto update that adds X|S features and enhancements, automatically move it to an internal or expansion drive.
Guess Iâll put this to the test in just about 2 weeks!
