What they could possibly invent within those meetings, fanbase won’t be convinced by anything less than a complete overrule. Maybe they got scared of the storm, Xbox was never talked so much about since console launch maybe.

Yeah, the irony is that ABK might have huge numbers, but also huge issues, so they only added more problems than solutions to the organisation. Those two years of legal battle could have been used to actually nurture the platform, instead they completely killed any momentum.

Not trying to doom but as someone who is outside the xbox console ecosystem and looking at theses rumors it is hard to see reasons to be optimistic about xbox consoles and its ecosystem.
With thinking like that little wonder Xbox is taking a bit of a hammering online

I also think this will hurt the upcoming all-digital Xbox Series X if not kill it stone dead before it’s even out. No one is going to spend 70 euros on a game for a digital system with all the talk of Xbox pulling the hardware plug.

With crackdown 3 :vvvvvvvv I would love them to port the first 2 games to “modern” systems.
I don’t think Sony wants to pay Microsoft for putting Redfall into the monthly PSN rotation lmao.

To be fair the same could be said for every rumoured title in this thread.
It’s, put simply, shameful for the Xbox that was letting those rumours flying for one whole month and letting them mount a storm, adding up to the other years/decade old Xbox issues, never solved, actually some of them worsened.
You know what’s sad, I was trying to think about the games that would justify the purchase of a Series X|S — as in not on Xbox One and not going to PS5. I can only think of Redfall and Forza Motorsport. That’s it, that’s the Series X|S, a console of only 2 games that can’t be played on other platforms.
We got a new ‘adorably all digital’ Series X coming. Watch people rush out to buy games digitally for a console platform that MS could well pull the plug on
