FF saved the show
Is it just me or is FF7R looking good, but nothing shocking? Foliage was very static too.

FF7R2 looks wayyyy better than FF16. LOOKS GREAT, HYPED.
That was the big finale game ? Joking aside, it looks much better than FFXVI.
Was “this game is 100+ GB” really an awesome marketing point?

Very meh for me. Only three things piqued my interest, and only two were games:
- Prince of Persia
- the Annapurna showcase
- Under the Waves
Looking forward to Sunday even more now.

They really put the Spider-Man release date in this show. And Square don’t really know that they have another game which release in few weeks.

Better than the showcase Sony shat out, but hardly a high bar to clear.
Most excited for Like a Dragon Gaiden. Reunion looks amazing but like most I’ll wait for it to hit Steam.
This show made me even more hyped for Xbox’s, if anything. Persona is coming…

Yakuza, Space marine, Akira Toyama game, FFVIIR2 were good. Pacing was horrible though. Not hyped by Mortal Kombat 1 and Alan Wake 2 though.
I had a feeling FFVIIR was delayed. Also, clearly the budget went into this game. Unlike Capcom, they only believe one game in the franchise deserve more love than the actual sequel. Don’t see RE8 suffering while RE4R blooms.
Anyway, PS is like a weak character in an anime asking for the protagonist to save them because Square will have to carry them this month and then whenever that game comes out.

Yeah, I noticed exactly that. Very lame.
Anyway, FF7 and Cloud are icons, nothing really matters.

Overall a 2/10 (I gave Sony a 4/10) Only Alan Wake & Space Marine. Some other cool games (MK1) but didn’t need to see more of it or that much of it.

Sounds like I didn’t miss much after I stopped watching just after John Carpenters Left 4 Dead.
