I know it’s a different style gameplay and I know it will be neat, but I do find it a bit funny with reaction at 24 players MK and I’m thinking Forza might look at it and say, “First time?”

Very interesting indeed, I agree slightly more powerful than I expected but I can see it becoming outdated quite quickly.
I imagine they will be utilising DLSS quite heavily.
It’s nice to know it will be BC with titles, not all titles but I’m sure the big ones will be.
But do we think Nintendo devs will enhance games such as BotW and TotK? Because I sure hope so, really hope so. And if yes, via a patch or re-release?

I need to share my two cents on the matter. Look, I don’t wish ill on anyone. I let karma decide the path. That said I do wish leaks were preventable and/or countered like with fake leaks or something. Yes, this one got third party screwing up on what to expect size and design to some extent wise, but everything else should have remain a secret.
There’s a reason why I asked one time here on what benefit the leakers get out of this. All I can see is clout. I’m not like the folks who insulted or said some heinous stuff towards a guy, i.e. Nate. They should apologize on that regard. But if they expect me to ego stroke a guy, then you can forget that. I always take things a grain and wait for official moment.
Lastly, if you’re one of those folks who would tell me “But the folks who leak need money. Why wait for millionaires or billionaires to tell you stuff,” here’s the thing. These announcements arrangements are done by people similar to us. It’s those millionaires or billionaires that will do the announcing and likely take the credit. Think about that.
Anyway, Switch 2, look forward to more detail.

You know the sad thing is? If you notice the very moment the post from Nintendo was released, it was meant to be a surprise. I saw it myself. It was a message from Nintendo BUT didn’t tell you what is it. You have to click it and then leads to a video. That’s when you supposed to be shocked and excited. Nope. Leakers ruined it. Kudos for Xbox crew, even though I think Jez got too carried away, but at least don’t tell me every part of it.

I do wonder what will be the new thing. I keep wishing for Mario Kart Diddy Kong Racing / Sonic Racing Transformed. As in we get to go on sea, air and on land. I’d love it.

Yeah, especially if their DLSS is at least halfway-decent and the BC enhancements are worthwhile, it’s totally fine for me as well. Nintendo, at least most of the time, manages to put out games that look extremely polished, often employing unique measures that punch above the weight of what the specs would suggest. The Wii U, had some extremely impressive-looking games from them, despite the general weakness of the hardware, for example and the Switch is no different (though some of the games’ resolution really hurt their general appearance). With some of the newer technologies, in regards to image generation, I think we could be in for something special - I can only imagine what the wizards at MonolithSoft (my favorite Nintendo studio) would be able to accomplish with the next Xenoblade.
I need some Nintendo magic in my life right now, given everything going on 
Though to be fair, gaming overall is looking like the one area 2025 won’t completely suck atm.

You guys misunderstood me 
The PS5 Pro is 800 euros in my country The Netherlands for example, it’s 700 dollars in the USA.
The Switch 2 will be 399,99 euros here and 399,99 dollars in the USA. Why won’t the Switch 2 be 499,99 here?
The difference doesn’t make sense, and I don’t recall Xbox One, Series and PS5 having that price difference either.

That’s what make me think this is fake.
- £399.99 = €473.84
- £399.99 = $488.09
- $399.99 = £326.23
- $399.99 = €387.43
- €399.99 = £335.98
- €399.99 = $410.98
There’s no way (IMO) that Nintendo are going to swallow the price difference.
If this is the right pricing then either the brits are getting screwed over (like usual) or they are deciding to loose more (easy) profits on the American and European versions (unlikely).
Realistically it should be
- £ 399.99
- € 473.99
- $ 487.99
