Starfield and Redfall delayed to first half of 2023

Stalker 2 was planned for the first half as well before it was delayed. See: my point about forgetting.

If it will come out it’s the PS users that will miss the last game, so there is no problem in naming it Wolfie 3. :stuck_out_tongue:

I think it is just just harder for Xbox to secure those deals compared to Sony due to their marketshare deficit - combined with the fact that they’d presumably also be paying for the game to launch simultaneously on Game Pass.

I get what you’re saying though, I do. I very much was annoyed at the KotOR deal - made the post here and everything (cringe, ugh).

I’m guessing they decided on the delay at that meeting.

You may be tired of that, but it doesn’t change the fact that the showcase is made for that. You all have a right to be disappointed, I am too, but we should get a better idea still of what’s coming next month.

Wolfenstein 3 hopium

The game was delayed man, why would I remember it for the first-half launches of the year?

The original point was about “xbox not doing third party deals” which is untrue.

After the news today Microsoft needs to secure something big. Ubisoft’s Avatar would be an example.

Yes and yes. Both were delayed for almost a year.

Here ya’ll go with unrealistic expectations. Also, that game might not even be releasing this year.

And they should do more since many of their games are being delayed

Okay then Microsoft should do nothing does that sound better?

Ruthwik to the rescue with some much needed comic relief in these dark ass times.

Not that dark, I’m being dramatic, lol.

Where ya been man?

You will get your first person Indiana Jones first in 2028 and then maybe…maybe Wolfie 3 happens.

Serious question: Would people actually prefer the bad news like this to be announced at the showcase or before it? I prefer the latter.

And this brings us to the point that you can’t “react” to delays with third party exclusive deals halfway into the year lmao.

Before because I just know that people would only focus on the release date if they announced it at the show, even if the showing was stellar.

That’s what Gamepass is for, to release BIG games in the meantime, even if they aren’t day one.

It’s more like they really can’t do much about it halfway into the freaking year lmao.

Before. Get the drama and hot takes out and move on.
