Apparently frontiers was originally a 2021 game but was delayed internally for quality reasons
Not to get anyone’s hopes up about Sonic Frontiers but Jeff Gerstmann from Giantbomb said the game is really impressive/has shown very well behind the scenes.

Yeah I read they started focus testing early. If this game is shaping up to be really good like a 80+ metacritic game then boy it would be a nice holiday drop in Gamepass. The Sonic 2 movie looks like its going to be a hit. Sonic is popular right now

Yeah, I think the only way for Xbox to get Atlus games is to buy SEGA, even paying for the ports could be insufficient, I mean, I guess they tried.
No evidence to tell us they have tried. You pay up for games and they show up.
Thats how the business usually works.

I mean, if they didn’t even try to pay for the ports it would be a huge oversight. They did it for Yakuza.
Even Atlus was talking multiplatform stuff in the last ~6 months, so we’ll see. I don’t have a ton of hope, as that could just mean PC but we’ll find out

Perfect PC gamepass games 
I think Atlus already started their multiplat approach. It’s just that Xbox isn’t on the table for it. I pulled up their games section on their site and pretty much everything IS a multiplat. The notable exceptions of course, being Persona 5 Royal and SMT V.
Sometimes it’s late ports like with 13 Sentinels and Catherine Full Body to Switch though. And with SMT V, mentions of PC and PS4 were datamined (PS4 mentions were removed in an update though), so who knows with that.
I’d love Persona on Xbox but I can live without it. Yes I’m the weirdo who prefers SMT haha.
(Something silly about that games list… They have an Xbox One filter… All for just a single game. No I don’t think it means anything, I just find it funny that the filter even exists)
Normally those sorts of filters are created based on the distinct items in the database.
